Our Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need replacement yarn, please proceed by placing a new order.
Our Return Policy
Returns are subject to approval and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@notiyarns.com if there is an issue with your purchase so we can discuss the appropriate steps to resolve the matter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, unless otherwise approved by Noti Yarns. The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (e.g., upgraded postage from our standard "Free Shipping") are non-refundable. A credit will be issued once we receive the product in our studio and all conditions have been met.
Items not returned in their original condition or after the 30-day window will not be eligible for credit. Please contact us at info@notiyarns.com before shipping your item back.
Returning all or part of an order reduces the total below the $150.00 threshold for free shipping, a deduction of $9.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Our Shipping Policy
Most colors on our various bases and all accessories are typically ready to ship within 1-2 business days. In cases where we run out of a particular colorway or don't have enough matching skeins available to fulfill your order, we will dye it specifically for you, and it will be ready to ship within 7-10 business days. During traveling for special events, shipping times may be longer. Any such delays will be prominently noted at the top of our main page, overriding our standard shipping time information provided here.
Please note that our estimated shipping time refers to the period required to prepare your order for USPS pickup. Once USPS collects your package, we have no control over its journey, route, or delivery timeframe. Like our customers, we rely on USPS tracking information to monitor shipments.
Our Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, you may return it following the information provided below regarding our return policy.
